Press Release Body: http://www.theredhotgroup.com (RHG), a leading supplier of ink
cartridges, toners, printers and other computer hardware and software products has
launched a new website. The website now has e-commerce facilities and lists all the
products sold by the Company. Visitors can choose the products they want and pay
through the site. The site is very well structured and some of the most in-demand
products have been showcased on the front page thereby giving easy access to the
products customers want.

Speaking at the launch of the website, Mr Graeme K. Ingram, CEO of the Company,
said the Red Hot Group has launched the site to give their customers quicker access
to a fuller range of products. He mentioned that there was a long established demand
from existing customers - business, institutional and private individuals for such
an e-commerce site. He dedicated the site to all Red Hot Group customers (existing
and those yet to find RHG) and the employees of the Company.

RHG sells products from a variety of leading vendors including Seagate, Sony,
Fujitsu, Canon and many others. The broad category of products include computers,
components, cameras, projectors, spare parts, software, networking, ink cartridges
and toners. He mentioned that with the new site in place, the Company can greatly
reduce costs and urged customers to visit and buy from the site. The logistics and
other aspects of the Company\'s operations have been revamped to make everything more
efficient. He expects that with the new site becoming more functional, greater sales
will result. The Company will supply products as per agreed terms and conditions and
delivery will be by courier and Royal Mail.

Mr. Ingram said that RHG derives its revenues primarily from the sale of computers,
laptops, ink cartridges, other consumables, components and printers. He mentioned
that niche areas such as gaming are also seeing greater demand from consumers. The
Red Hot Group will continue improving their product portfolio so as to satisfy
customer demands.

The Company focuses heavily on before and after sales support to help customers with
any technical queries or difficulties they may encounter. Mr. Ingram discussed some
of the technological elements that have recently been put in place. For example the
e-Commerce shopping cart facility has been installed to allow customers to simply
add products to their shopping cart, go to the check out and pay with their credit
cards.

He mentioned that revenues in the current year are expected to increase by 30%
because of the revamping of the website and the new facilities now available. He
mentioned that customers looking for Epson, Canon, HP or any other printers or
cartridges can log onto the site and order what they need at considerable savings.
It\'s as simple as that.

He urged existing RHG customers to also book their orders through the site. Although
the Red Hot Group is planning to automate their systems further, the personal touch
would still be an important element in their overall customer service strategy.
Customer service staff will interact with customers to get feedback about their
level of satisfaction and about any problems that they might have experienced using
the site. The Company will continue to improve the website to ensure that shopping
for their computing and printing requirements is as pleasant an experience as
possible for all their customers. Mr Ingram closed the session by inviting the
journalists present to enjoy the cocktail and dinner party RHG had arranged for
them.
